- Spetses boats leave Piraeus from Gate E8; Hellenic Seaways also departs Aero catamarans from Gate E9. Piraeus is the terminus of Athens Metro Line 1; the airport is on Line 3 (Piraeus station under the port terminal).
- The X96 express bus links Athens Airport and Piraeus (~90 min).
- Two operators, all passenger-only fast craft: Hellenic Seaways (Flying Dolphin hydrofoils + Aero catamarans, Piraeus +30 210 419 9000), Alpha Lines (+30 210 4295020). No car ferry reaches Spetses.
- Crossing ~1 h 30 min (may vary with conditions). Fast boats are first cancelled in wind.

- Spetses is car-free: from the port, up to town by foot, donkey or water taxi; no bus service up the hill.
